Red Dragon is a team game. This creates a great in-game atmosphere. A group of lonely Kingdoms can form an Alliance, protecting their rights and helping to establish their policy. An Alliance can have up to 17 members. One is elected for the Emperor, who leads the Alliances. The Emperor declares wars and cancels them. He accepts new members and throws out unwanted players. He is responsible for organizing the Alliance and its proper functioning. He can declare up to 5 wars and sign 5 alliances with other Alliances. He can write up to 9 notes for other Alliances. The Emperor can chose up to 4 Commanders, who get some of the Emperor’s entitlements, especially those concerning military policy. Selecting a good Emperor is essential for your Alliance. Being an Emperor is hard work. You have to spend more time in game. It’s good to have a few good players in your Alliance, so they could take turns as the Emperor. The Emperor has also special entitlements in posting - he can send a message to all Alliance’s members by one click and delete members’ posts on the forum.

It’s good to be in an Alliance for many reasons. You have a greater chance of surviving, because it’s harder to attack a Govern, which is protected by a whole Alliance. There are, of course, other advantages:

- you can establish group attacks, which give less land, but are usually more successful,
- pacts signed with other Governs in the Alliance help to defend your Govern and to develop it.

Politics - in this menu you can set up a new Alliance or join an existing one or you can freeze your Govern or abdicate. Here you can also sign pacts and propose them to other Alliance’s members.

Wars - here you can check your Alliance’s military activity and activity of other Alliances.

Elections - used for electing an Emperor.

Alliance - here you can check your Alliance’s status and status of other Alliances.

Buy - enables to buy resources. To have access to this menu, you need to build Special Building Market.

Sell - enables to sell resources. To have access to this menu, you need to build Special Building Market.
