Mail is the basic mean of communication between players.

If you want to send mails to another Kingdom carefully type in its name, write your message in the text box and confirm. Emperors can send mails to all his Alliance members with one click. He can do it by checking the checkbox ‘Alliance’ (he is the only that has such a checkbox in the Alliance) whether the name text box is filled or not.

To correct your text you have the same options as on the forum. You can put in emoticons in your text by clicking on them. If you want a part of the text to be in red click before writing and after you have finished.

You can also add links and images to your messages. Type into the filed that starts from http:// the complete address of the site or image. It has to be the right file type with http://. For instance http://www.reddragon.pl. If you are adding an image make sure it is at the address you are writing. You cannot send images from your hard drive. First, you have to export them to a website. Numerous portals and providers offer www space for free. Export your image there. Only when your image is on a server you can add it to your posts. When clicking on the ‘link’ button the given address will be added as a link and by clicking on ‘image’ as an image. If you want to give your e-mail address instead of http:// type in - mailto: email@site.xxx.

Some marks aren’t allowed while writing on RD (i.e. quotations marks). If a mark does not appear in your post it means that the server has erased it. You send messages by clicking on the ‘Send’ button. Before sending a message make sure you send it to the rigt person. You also get a copy of all sent messages.

On the top and bottom of the forum is the forum’s options menu. It is used to scroll through messages, delete them, set the number of posts shown. If you want to change the number of posts shown type in the desired number in the right text box (by default - 10, maximum - 20) and click the ‘Refresh’ button.

Posts have different backgrounds : - dark red - posts from other players, - light red - your own posts, - blue - posts from the Market, - light green - Administrators’ posts.

Heading news.

Every message has a heading. It consists of: - Shield icon. After you have clicked on it detailed info will appear about the Govern that has sent this message. - Words ‘from’ and ‘to’, so that when you copy this message and paste it somewhere else the reader knows who send it and to whom. - Govern’s name that has sent you the letter or to which you have sent this message. Clicking on the name will make it appear in the address text box. - Kingdom’s Alliance (written in brackets). - Activity. This area appears only when the Sender is online. It shows his last action’s time and in what area of the game the player is in. - Date.

Check your mail regularly. The number of new messages is written in the information area in the Central. You will know how many letters have been sent to you since your last visit. Keep your mail box tidy and delete old messages.
