RedDragon Regulations
Introduction.
Dear player!
Welcome in the world of RedDragon.
The regulations given hereby describe actions that are forbidden, inconsistent with the game's spirit and spoil the gameplay. Any actions rated as dodging these rules by the Administrators will be severly punished.
It is our duty to look after the game, make sure it is developing properly, as well as make sure everyone acts culturally and nothing harms the players and the gameplay. We are here to help you get to know the game and explain any doubts about actions you are planing. Keep that in mind while you're making plans. If you are not sure how your actions will be judged according to the regulations, you should contact an Administrator BEFORE taking them to make sure you won't be punished later.
The Administrators, when the well being of the game is at stake, can take actions not included in the Regulations. This includes resolving player-player conflicts that have a negative effect on the game as well as cheat attempts not included in the Regulations or attempts to bypass the Regulations.
RedDragon Team
I. Governy.
- It is allowed to have more than one governy under the condition of registering a Multigoverny. It is obligatory to register a Multigoverny if it is a member of a different alliance than the other governy. Governies in one ally do not have to be registered as Multigeovernies.
- Unregistered Multigoverny will be punished with taking away 25% of it's land and will be obliged to register the Multigoverny within 24 hours from the Administrator's decision publication.
- It is forbidden to login to governies not included in your Multigoverny list except for governies in the same alliance as one of you Multigovernies. A logon to a a different alliance must be made from the governy that connects those alliances with a registered Multigoverny.
- Each login notified as a break-in (a login from an unknown governy) will be punished with the deletion of the governy, form wich the login was made.
- To remove an out-of-date Multigoverny contact MULTI in Pomoc alliance.

- names that do not contain at least one letter,
- names advertising a product, a website, etc., without the Administrators' permission,
- names inside one alliance that look alike and make it difficult to send actions against specific governies in an ally,
- Administrators decide if a name is correct or not. - Changing name:
- each governy in starting protection is allowed a name change,
- after the starting protection only a paid governy is allowed a name change,
- an unpaid governy cannot change it's name, and if the mane is not correct according to the Regulations the governy will be deleted,
- a name change can be made only once per age, unless an Administrator decides otherwise in one of the following circumstances:
* the governy's proprietor has changed,

Anyone given those can login onto you governy, do a fair amount of damage, aquire confidential data about the governy or the alliance or even steal the governy. If any damage is done while a login and password were given away to a third party the Administrators will not bring the governy back or undo any damage.

II. Payment regulations.
- RedDragon is a paid game with a fare declared in 1.1.
- Fares and means of payment:
money transfer or cash trasfer - 12 PLN for each Governy - An option of free play is given with one limitation - one person is allowed to play one free (unpaid) Governy.
- Besides the one-per-person limitation an unpaid governy is in no way limited by the game's mechanics or interface.
- The limitation to one free governy per person excludes governies below the age of 10. You can have any number of those, but after they pass the age of 10 you have to decide wheather to pay for them or to delete them.
- To avoid problems with transfers that didn't come in on time and to disable the possibility of having multiple unpaid governies the following rule applies : if an account contains more than one unpaid governy over the age of 10 all unpaid governies will be blocked (it'll be impossible to go to the next turn) up untill the transfer arrives into the account or all unpaid governies except one are deleted.
- Each governy over the first one has to be paid for, the price is given in section 1.
- Governies will be registered and assigned to reddragon.pl accounts. In that case it is allowed to have only one reddragon.pl account and each account can only contain one unpaid Governy, as given in paragraph 2, plus any amount of paid Governies.
- The Administrators have the right to seek and check wheather those regulations are being followed. If there's an assumption that the regulations are being broken (based upon tracking the IP address, computer identifying, tracking user's activity and Governy or reddragon.pl account data, or other means, not necesserly publicly known) the Administrator has the right to rebuke the player and to give him a deadline for paying the fee due, to block some or all governies on player's account, to delete some or all Governies on the player's account.
- Players using Governies in a way that might cause suspition (many people playing from one computer, many players having the same IP number, substitution for a short absence or until a new player is found) should acknowledge the Administrators about the fact using the panel (it's on the way). Each case will be examined individually. The Administrators have the right to differently judge each case of lifting the fees due, as well as change their decisions late or in cases described in section 4.
III. Cheating.
- Bugs found in the game must be immediately reported to the Administrators via in-game mail.
- It's forbidden to use any programs logging into Governies that are not on the Allowed Add-ons list.
- It's forbidden to send any thievish, magical or military actions strictly to boost generals' experience.
- It's forbidden to farm, defined as transfering land not in an outcome of direct and fair fight between alliances.
- It's forbidden to attack blocked Governies except when war was declared before this Governy has been blocked.
- It's forbidden to give or take FA (free atacks), when no direct fight between alliances took place.
- FA may be given or taken only before next war of any of the alliances begins.
- The Regulations forbid any thievish, magical or military actions, before a war between alliances begins, that are meant to equalize chances. This includes the so called „land borrowing„. The only way in which two alliances can equalise their chances is an action by an Administrator. The action may consist of decreasing the amount of land, dragons, supplies, etc. and is always irreversible. The action mentioned is taken upon a request from the Emperor of the said alliance.
- It's forbidden to accept into an aliance a governy if said governy was a member of an alliance you had war with within 3 days. This also applies to unallied governies that attacked or were attacked by an alliance they wish to join.
- It's forbidden to create governies strictly to make playing awkward for anybody.
- If any paragraph of the Regulations is broken the Administrators have the right to punish the Governy involved with decreasing it's land, generals' experience, supplies or any other attribute; deleting the Governy or even banning the player from RedDragon.
- Each case of breaking the Regulations is treated and judged individually. Any interpretation of the Regulations, if it is necessary, is made exlusively by the Administrators.
- The Administrators have the right to ban a player from RedDragon (even without giving the reasons for such an action) if the palyer is harming the game.
IV. The Staff.
- The Administrators:
- will not interfere in any players' conflicts unless the Regulations have been broken;
- will not intervene if the login and password were identical;
- have access to all governies' logins and passwords;
- have the right to login to any governy. They have the right to access all the information concerning the governy (i.e. the post, the forum, news, login history, etc.). The Administrators DON NOT have the right to make any changes on the governy, unless the changes are considered a punishment, as described in section I and II of the Regulations. Administrators' logons are visible in login history on the same terms as other logons;
- have the right to change passwords for a short period of time if it is necessary to fulfill their duties;
- an Administrator involved in a conflict, when Regulations are broken, will not take part in solving it as well as judge or punish anyone involved;
- Administrators' actions are monitored by the Main Administrator;
- You can appeal from an Administrators' decisions to the Main Administrator. Main Administrator's decision is final. In some exceptional and justified cases the final decision may be made by the game's (RD licence) owner;
- Administrators' official 1-acre governies (in the Administratorzy alliance) are excluded from multigoverny registering; - The Helpers:
- are supposed to help players, answer questions concerning game's mechanics, make sure the Regulations are followed on the forums;
- will not interfere in any players' conflicts, unless the Regulations have been broken;
- have the right to gag players breaking Regulatios concerning the forum;
- do not have access to logins or passwords or any information about governies / alliances;
- appeals from Helpers' decisions are to be directed to administrator Vel;
- Helpers' official 1-acre governies (in the Pomoc alliance) are excluded from multigoverny registering;
V. Nauka alliance.
- Nauka alliance is a training alliance. It's goal is to train players and help them improve their skills in multiple fields of RedDragon.
- Any unpaid governy can join in. Governy's addmitance is not dependant on it's race, age or size.
- A new governy should be created for the purpose of training, because any governy leaving the Nauka will be deleted, as it's been artificialy modified, and it would be unfair to let it exist among other, not-modified, governies.
- All governies in Nauka will be modified from time to time according to a scenario that is being trained at the moment.
- Alliance's forum in Nauka is to be used solely by the Tutors, only they have the right to post there. The Pupil is allowed to post in Alliance's chat. Take into consideration that any posts from the Alliance's forum may be deleted at any time, furthermore, if a player is warned and does not cease his actions he/she may be excluded from the Nauka alliance without further warnings.
- Alliance's chat is for every player, anyone can post there.
- It is forbidden to offend the Tutors or other Pupils.
- Any governy inactive for more than 5 days will be excluded from Nauka.
- Any disobedience or breaking the Regulations (both Nauka and RD regulations) will be punished with exclusion from Nauka, which means the deletion of it.
- Any governies in Nauka are additional governies and are not counted when concerning any payments.
Final statements.
- Any penalties are executed immediatly.
- The Administrators reserve the right to make changes in the Regulations above mid-age, when it is necessary and new, not included previously, problems arise.
- When a change is made in the Regulations, it comes into life after 3 days from announcement.
The Regulations are still modified so the Administrators have the right to change any rules within the Regulations during the Age in answer to the changes made in the game.
